What is Deepwrk?

Online coworking platform to get motivated and get more done when working from home.

Join guided deep work sprints, where you get stuff done alongside other creators, movers and shakers.

These are one hour-long deep focus sessions with timeboxed agenda, predetermined structure and no yucky small talk.

Pomodoro on steroids in other words.

Connect with a global community, celebrate wins and help each other stay motivated and on track.

You also get access to our live weekly and monthly planning events. Identify your most valuable tasks and make a plan to get them done.

Why does it work?

Online coworking is a simple but powerful tool rooted in neuroscience. The core of why it works is accountability.

We are all hardwired to perform at our best when supported and accountable to others.

Regular accountability check-ins could 3.8x the probability of achieving our goals (from 25% to 95%).

The simple knowledge of an accountability check-in improves positive behaviours by 50%.

Deepwrk also incorporates the concepts of intentionality, precommitment, timeboxing and monotasking to supercharge your focus and productivity.

Adding a specific intention to take action, at a precise time, more than doubles the likelihood of completing a goal.

Timeboxing allows us to take back control, streamline our workload and save time.

While we all multitask, only 2.5% of us can do it effectively. The average person looses 40% productivity and takes 23 minutes to regain focus after switching tasks.

Timeboxing shifts us from multitasking to monotasking. It turns our calendars into a succession of mini-projects.

Virtual coworking also adds a sense of urgency and deadline to our work and helps us prioritise tasks. That eliminates work creep and reduces overwhelm.

Is it for me if I am already productive?

Yes!

Many of our members are highly productive. They use Deepwrk as an additional layer of focus, structure and accountability.

It doesn't have to be creative or business related, as long as it helps you get stuff done and you feel productive doing it.

Do I need to keep my camera on?

It’s completely OK to be off camera and you can always switch it off.

That being said, keeping video on facilitates accountability and boosts focus.

The mere presence of people, even not engaged in the same task, is proven by research to boost motivation.

The sessions are not recorded. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate or bad behaviour.

How much do I need to talk?

Not much at all.

Talking is brief, only 20-30 seconds at the beginning and end of each session.

You and your partners share goals in the beginning and debrief on progress at the end. That's about it.

Rest of the time is focused, silent work where everyone is getting their stuff done.

Is it introvert friendly?

Totally! It works even for shy introverts like ourselves.

There is no yucky small talk as sessions follow similar pattern and have a predefined agenda.

Smiles and friendly faces are more than welcome and highly encouraged, but you are not expected to socialise.

Talking is brief (only 20-30 seconds) at the beginning and end of each session.

How to prepare for a session?
